Cécile Philippe

Cécile Philippe holds a doctorate in economics from Paris-IX Dauphine University and a Diploma in Advanced Studies in business management in developing countries. At a think tank in the United States, she completed her thesis on information theories and the emergence of a market for information on the Internet. Back in Europe, she created the Institut économique Molinari in 2003 and has headed the Institute since then.
She is frequently interviewed on public policy matters on the radio and on television. She is the author of numerous newspaper articles published in French as well as in English. Her first book, titled « C’est trop tard pour la terre » (It’s too late for the Earth), was published by Éditions JC Lattès.
